8/22/2010: We took Liam to his first fair! Although he didn't seem to pay attention to a lot of the things I think he enjoyed being out for the most part. Aunt Kayla and Uncle Tim went with us and we all had a great time considering how incredibly hot it was. Needless to say, due to the hot beaming sun, we stayed inside for most of the day. Liam really liked to look at the animals but I think he was a bit confused...haha. At one of the exhibits they had some roosters and well, he didn't enjoy them quite as much. Once they started their "cock-a-doodle doing," Liam looked up at me and started his! They really scared him so we quickly got away! He enjoyed the rest of the animals though!
Daddy, like always, got his massive turkey leg...Yes, I know it looks disgusting! It's actually quite good though but a little disturbing to watch people eat it. Mommy got a yummy corn dog and then we shared some roasted pecans and almonds....yummy fair food!
Liam enjoyed all the attention he was getting from people walking by! I can't even count all the people that stopped us to tell us what an adorable baby he was. They have some good eyes! So, it's not just me and Daddy that think we have the cutest kid on the planet? haha.
Liam had it made with his fan that squirted water and all his toys in his stroller to play withwhile being pushed around and held all day...he didn't mind it at all! Oh and did I mention he gained a new toy that day, a stuffed Nemo that Kayla "stole" for him at a game stand outside...great story to remember for his first trip to the fair. According to Aunt Kayla, what Liam wants, Liam gets no matter what! Can't say I don't agree though!
Daddy was offered a free try to climb these little bar things on a rope (whatever that game is called) so of course, he took it. He got about two steps and then fell off. He tried again and that time he made it about three steps before flipping over and landing on his back still holding onto the bars. Next, the worker showed him up and climbed to the top in a matter of seconds. We are sure he hit something to make it stabilize but the embarassment on Daddy's face...Priceless! Damon is quite the competitive man!
It turned out to be a great day at the fair! We can't wait to return next year when Liam is a little older and can possibly do a little more. This will definitely be a yearly thing for our family!

Damon's family got us a giftcard to Babies R Us to purchase Liam an exersaucer as an early Christmas present. He absolutely loves it! We are so thankful for their generosity and we love to watch him jump in it!
Mommy's little Man!
Daddy's little "mini me" * On August 27, Liam turned 4 Months...Wow! He is getting so big and more and more handsome everyday! He is by far the sweetest little boy on the planet! He is such an amazing little boy and so full of love and joy! He brings so much to our lives and we can't begin to imagine life without him...He makes our lives, our hearts, and our dreams complete!

Liam weighs 14lbs. 9.9 oz. and is 24.8 inches long...he is now in the 50th percentile in everything!
At home...after the appointment and after that mean lady gave him his shots...Mommy's poor little monkey :0(

Starting Rice Cereal AND....LOVING IT! He did so well eating with a spoon...it didn't take him no time and he was opening his mouth wide for another bite...Yummy Mommy!

Liam is growing so quickly! He brings so much love and joy into our lives and I am SO thankful for him! He is Mommy and Daddy's pride and joy and the absolute love of our lives!
I cant believe how big he is getting. Actually makes me sad. Our kiddos are growing way too fast! Where does time go? He is such a handsome little guy! We miss you guys!
