We have been very busy these past several days! On Friday, we had Ava's 2 week check up! I was praying she had reached her birth weight and she exceeded it...She weighed in at a big 6lbs. and 6 oz! One ounce more! Whoo-hoo, Go Ava! Dr. Hart was very pleased with her!
Friday evening we went over to our best friend's house, Jacqueline and Kenneth's. There we grilled out and had lots of fun enjoying each other's company. Liam's best friend, Ethan, was at his Dad's but Liam had a good time hanging out with us adults and playing with all of Ethan's toys (Ethan wouldn't have liked that...lol). Ava slept most of the time we were there, which she does a lot at this time, but enjoyed being cuddled by everyone while she was awake! It was a great night, although we missed Ethan. Mommy forgot to get pics...I know, bad Mommy!
On Saturday, Jacqueline, Kenneth, and Ethan came over to our house to grill, light fireworks, and make yummy smores! It was a fun- filled fantastic night! The kiddos LOVED the fireworks! Liam kept pointing and saying, "Look!" He was amazed! They loved the ones you throw and they pop! It was something they could do themselves and they had a blast with them! They also enjoyed the ones you pull and confetti pops out! The boys are at such a fun age and amazed by so many things! I love seeing their expressions! It brings so much joy to my heart to see my sweet boy so happy and having a good time!

On Sunday we went to Damon's Mamaw and Papaw's house to enjoy some family time. As always, it was a nice time. It was Ava's first time being there. She was spoiled, of course! Liam was handing out kisses and being sweet :) Later that day we went over to visit Grandma Belinda and Papaw Terry. It was a nice family day with the ones we love!

It was a great weekend! We are very blessed to have these amazing people in or lives that we love so dearly!
